Client payments will be held by an institution licensed to hold funds, never in Toomny's own accounts. Toomny only triggers the release.

ID document, mobile money number and references are checked. Our verification is built for local ID documents, not to reject them.

If you disagree, a human decides based on the messages and deliverables kept on the platform. Without waiting weeks.

If a client doesn't approve a delivery that meets the brief, the payment goes out anyway. An inactive client cannot hold a provider's income hostage.

Who holds the money during a job?: An institution licensed to hold funds, partnered with Toomny once payments open. We never hold the money in our own accounts: we only trigger its release once the work is approved.
What does it cost?: Toomny charges buyers no commission. A mobile money processing fee of 2.5% + 100 XOF applies to each payment to cover the cost of the transaction. For providers, four no-commitment plans: Starter (free, 10% commission, 2 published services), Essential (10,000 FCFA/month, 8%, 8 services), Pro (15,000 FCFA/month, 5%, 20 services), Expert (25,000 FCFA/month, 3%, 50 services). No sign-up fee, no paid application.
What if the work isn't right?: You open a dispute before approving. A human arbitrator decides based on the messages and deliverables kept on the platform, and the funds are released or returned accordingly.
Which countries is Toomny available in?: We are starting in French-speaking West Africa, then opening to the region's English-speaking markets. The platform is bilingual French-English already.
